Child Skis (under 6 yrs)

If you do not already have your own helmet, we highly recommend that you rent a helmet. There are a lot of head related accidents on the pistes and a helmet is vital to limit injury. Almost all ski and snowboard instructors, especially for children, have made it obligatory for their customers to wear a helmet.

Its better to be safe now, then sorry later! You can add a helmet to your ski or snowboard selection at the time of booking, or after if you forget. We also have a large selection of helmets in the vans when we deliver your equipment.

Ski Mobile offer all their clients the option of paying for an inexpensive Damage Warranty when booking their equipment. This option gives you the piece of mind knowing that your equipment is covered in case of any damage during your stay. The warranty covers skis, snowboards, boots, helmets and poles.

This option works very simply. If your equipment gets stolen during your stay then you will not be charged anything by us. Zero. This is an inexpensive way to leave all your worries at home. You are fully covered against the theft of any of your equipment.

During your stay, you can request to change your equipment (skis, boots, snowboard), subject to availability.

We will exchange your equipment free of charge if it is unsuitable (size, adjustment, discomfort) or if there is a technical problem.

An additional fee may apply if you wish to upgrade your equipment, make multiple changes without a valid reason, or if the request requires a special delivery outside of our regular service area.
